We have a wide range of episodes for download in our downloads section however you must be a registered member to get the free content and a donating member for the higher quality content (since they use several times as much bandwidth per file). Donations cover the server expenses for hosting and transmitting the content (and expanding our services), we do not charge for the content itself. This is a technicality, but an important one that keeps us out of trouble.
Tips for Getting Started
[Q] I am trying to download a file, however the download terminates before i have the entire file.
[A] This is why people use download managers that can resume downloads at a later time. (see below)
[Q] I have downloaded a file, but when i try to view it, it will not play, or i get an error message.
[A] (1) Uninstall your audio and video codecs (2) Download and install the K-lite codec pack [link] (3) Post your problem in the forum ONLY if the first two steps did not resolve the problem.
[Q] Why aren't the free downloads working?
[A] Due to people hotlinking the free content, we have had to put some strict restrictions on accessing these files. These restrictions can cause some problems with download managers or Internet Explorer. The quick fix is to download using the (free) Firefox Browser or check here and here for all known solutions and workarounds.

Who should I PM about these issues?
(1) If you donate and don't get automatically processed within the hour or your rank doesn't change to what you think it should be, please send a PM to Aqua with your donation email address for manual processing within 48 hours. If you've forgotten your password and are locked out of the account, the password reset function doesn't always work, PM Aqua from a new account for instructions.(3) ALL other issues should be posted in the forums
New episodes & the shoutbox
Over the week, Many New episodes of Many shows come out. We try to upload and link them as fast as we can get them. Usually it only takes a few hours. However, some times these New Episodes Can and Probably Will Take 24 to 36 hours to be put online on the Sci Fi Database.
EVERYONE - Do not be posting in the shout box and forums "When is the new "xxxxxx" going to be up, this is highly irratating, and will not make the episodes come any faster.
We thank you for your co-operation in this matter, and appreciate your ongoing support and participation in our community.
Also, we see a lot of people asking in the shoutbox when this or that episode will be aired, instead of asking us, go and visit http://www.tv.com which has all the information you want, and is our source of what we'd otherwise tell you. If it's not on there, chances are we don't know either.
