Laughing Man is trying to get a legal copy of Photoshop for $300 (educational version). Please take a look at the thread and donate if you want to give him a hand.
Thanks goes out to the four people so far who have donated! So far, $104.99 out of $300 has been raised. So I am 1/3 of the way there. We have $180 in server renewals due in a couple weeks and only $120 in funds, please donate to keep the site active. At risk are the main site and the Star Trek content.
Update: Thank you everyone who donated! You took us from $120 funds to $420 in just a few hours. Not only did you save these two servers, you have funded the site for all of 2012. |

Long-time visual effects artist Doug Drexler revealed on his blog that today he is joining the Star Trek: The Next Generation Remastered project. According to Drexler, he is joining other TNG art and design vets Dan Curry, David Takemura, and Mike and Denise Okuda.
I've watched the sampler disk and WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! I know many of you want us to put the TNG-R up on the site as early as possible and I've struggled with the decision. In the end, I've decided NOT to host TNG-R until 2013 so that as many of you as possible will buy the blu-rays and support CBS financially in this massive undertaking to improve Trek. ~ Aqua |

We have a wide range of episodes for download in our downloads section however you must be a registered member to get the free content and a donating member for the higher quality content (since they use several times as much bandwidth per file).
Donations cover the server expenses for hosting and transmitting the content (and expanding our services), we do not charge for the content itself. This is a technicality, but an important one that keeps us out of trouble.

To all those who lost their rank or just didn't processed for your donations in January or February I apologize. It appears that all new donations that took someone to Platinum level actually ended up without a rank due to a scripting error. Non-Platinum donations were not affected. That error still exists (though hopefully not for much longer), so if you donate for Platinum please PM Aqua for manual processing. We believe this error has been fixed, but I will be closely monitoring any donations for Platinum amounts ~ Aqua |
